Credentialing
As we hire New Therapist they begin as an OUT OF NETWORK provider UNTIL a credentialing process is completed by the insurance carrier to verify their eligibility and credentials.
That process can be 60-90 days.
Overcoming Barriers to Care
Insurance Reimbursement Forms "Superbills" are offered during credentialing process after the session is paid in full. This is only required during the credentialing process (est.60-90 days).
Insurance Reimbursement Forms are sent by YOU to your insurance carrier and your insurance carrier reimburses you directly!
