I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. My journey into the field of therapy was shaped by my mid-career experience in the military as a Combat Medic. During that time, I witnessed firsthand the emotional and relational toll that deployments placed on service members and their loved ones.
I believe that all human experiences are shaped by the power of thought, and at our core lies an innate desire to be whole, connected, and well. I view life’s challenges not as barriers, but as guideposts pointing us toward growth and healing.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and collaborative. I see you as the expert of your own life—the navigator—while I walk alongside you to support and guide the process. I believe the wisdom for healing already exists within you, and together, we can work to uncover it.
