FAQ's About Workshops
- You are not required to be actively participating in therapy to attend the workshop, the workshop is educational in nature and is not meant to replace couples or individual therapy.
- This is a Workshop, not group therapy. You will not be asked to share anything you don't want to. Workshops are in an atmosphere of safety, understanding and validation.
- Format - Combination of teaching and exercises for you and/or your partner to practice together at home.
- Every person's struggle is unique. If you believe that you are in crisis please discuss with us at the time of registration.
- Workshops are not intended to replace the need for therapy. Additional support can be requested with individual therapy based on availability.
- Payment for series is due prior to first workshop. No refunds will be given once series is started. Fee schedule can be based on individual attendance and/or couple (2) based on workshop.
- Cancellation - must be done two weeks prior to first workshop to allow others to attend.
