Bringing life and beauty to a property originally built in 1923 has been a passionate process since our start in June of 2022. Located in the heart of Yelm at 313 Yelm Ave W near the corner of Hwy. 510 and Hwy. 507 located on Hwy. 510 for great visibility and easy access.
Everything about this building is new, down to the new foundation it sits on. All rooms have been remodeled with additional sound boarding to protect the privacy of each occupant. We have a share waiting area and kitchenette for staff/tenants.
Each room can is fully furnished or can be left to your own furnishing. Internet, utilities and garbage are all inclusive of lease rates.
